Loving L’Occitane En Provence

Meet me in France, mon chéri!

Now that my daughter is on a somewhat predictable schedule, I’m excited about getting back into skincare and herbal remedies.

Let’s play in this deliciously green purifying mask by L’Occitane en Provence!

If you enjoy the smell of thyme, you’ll love this mask.

Organic thyme is high in zinc and known for its ability to reduce skin imperfections. The texture is mattifying and is designed to slurp up excess sebum.

I was excited to see olive leaf on the ingredient list.

If you’ve been following my blog since the beginning, you know how much I love olive leaf. The olive leaf powder in this mask’s formula provides gentle exfoliation.

I had to rush through the rinse-off process because my toddler was screaming from boredom.

Still, the application was so pleasing.

How to Apply L’Occitane en Provence’s Purifying Mask:

1) Apply a thick layer to clean, dry skin.
2) Leave it on for 5 minutes.
3) Rinse with water while gently massaging your skin.

I’m so used to overhyped products that it’s always a bit surprising when a product does what it says it will.

This mattifying mask absorbed the excess oil on my skin without stripping it or making it tight from dryness.

The ingredient list isn’t the cleanest, but the organic thyme is a nice addition.
