On the Vesta Coffee Roasters Web site, you’ll learn that Vesta is the Roman goddess of hearth, home, and family, and the beloved sister of Zeus. Vesta’s presence is symbolized by the sacred fire that burned at her hearth and temples. I don’t know about all of that, but I know the food was good, the matcha was great, and the vibe was right.
