Life in Full Bloom: Catching Up
Life hasn’t slowed down while I’ve been away from the keyboard. These past four months have been a whirlwind of firsts, challenges, and beautiful moments for my family. Let me take you through a few highlights:
Nature’s Fury
In late May, North Texas faced the wrath of severe storms that left widespread damage. We were without power for a few days. A stark reminder of nature’s power.
Professional Growth
I supported the launch of a new sub-brand at work. It was mentally taxing but incredibly rewarding to see an idea become a thing.
Caffeine Quest
I explored new coffee and tea shops, sipping sweet finds in our local area.
Growing Girl
My daughter experimented with new hairstyles and broke in new shoes. They grow up so fast!
Farm Frolics
We got our hands (and clothes) dirty visiting local farms. My daughter’s love for petting and feeding animals knows no bounds!
Crafty Creations
Our home transformed into a mini art studio with painting sessions, wonky sculptures, and dolly dress-up parties. Her creativity is a fun thing to witness.
Wild Encounters
Our trip to Fossil Rim in Glen Rose left us with unforgettable memories and a car covered in giraffe slobber. Worth it!
Personal Victories
I grew fingernails for the first time thanks to consistent iron and vitamin D supplements. It’s the little things!
